Ewire SECURE

Ewire is more than a Payment Solution!

  • The Ewire SECURE payment is your security for actually receiving the commodity or service from a private seller, before your payment is released to the seller.
  • As a buyer you can choose to pay with Ewire SECURE. You and the seller are to jointly agree how many days the payment is to be deposited at Ewire before payment is released to the seller.
  • Ewire SECURE is typically used at auctions and online marketplaces and is the safe way to complete a transaction.
  • Ewire makes it easy to trade privately without compromising security.

How to use the Ewire SECURE:

  • When private parties buy and sell on the Internet, the security is an obvious question for both parties. Will the buyer actually get the commodity he paid for, and will the seller get paid for the commodity he delivered. The Ewire SECURE Payment will satisfy both parties.
  • Examples:
    1. If you buy a commodity through a marketplace or an auction you can send the money via Ewire SECURE. You only need the email address of the seller, who subsequently receives an email message that a SECURE Payment is being held for him. Seller can reject your payment and add a comment in case of any discrepancies of agreed amount or release date.
    2. If the commodity is delivered in satisfactory condition before the release date, the buyer can release the payment to seller through Ewire. Payment is always released to the seller at the release date, if not blocked by the buyer beforehand.
    3. As a buyer you can block the payment if your commodity is not delivered before the release date, or if it is not in satisfactory condition. The money will remain in the Ewire deposit until you and seller has accepted, who shall get the money.
    4. When doing private trading you may also experience that some auction or marketplace providers use the Ewire SECURE button. It is the same principle as the Ewire SECURE payment, the only difference is that the payment can be initiated by clicking a payment button.
